Construction work on the Rosum administrative centre of the development group Penta, which was designed by our architects, is slowly coming to an end. The project will bring 22,000 square metres to the Bratislava real estate market, of which 20,800 square metres will be used as rentable office space of a high standard and the rest will be devoted to shops and services. We believe that this project, the completion of which is scheduled for October 2016, will receive a LEED Gold certificate.
