The River Garden West administration building is situated at an attractive location in Prague 8 – Karlín, close to the Vltava River. Along Rohanské nábřeží, the building's arcade provides a promenade connecting Karlín with the historic centre of Prague. The recessed building edges line the corner of Thámova where the building’s bulk is connected to the similarly-designed residential buildings’ facades. In the left third of the building, on the ground floor level, the bulk opens up towards the inner block with a landscaped green area with water features. The building has eight storeys, with the seventh and eighth storeys recessed and lined with terraces with green leafy vegetation. Above the third storey, receding towards the inner block, there is a leisure terrace with green vegetation. Below ground there are three basement levels with cark parking spaces and building services areas. Both sections of the building – east and west – have their own vertical communication core with lifts and staircases. The communication cores lead to the lobby areas, providing access to adjustable, leasable office spaces on each floor level. The leasable retail spaces and a stylish restaurant are situated in the arcade on the ground level of the building (along the main road). The characteristic feature of the south and east facades is the stone-lined frame projecting above the face of the facade, giving the building dignified appearance and robustness. North and west facades of the inner block consist of polished, coloured glass tiles with ceramic baguettes.
